Is it possible to exchange my purchase? May I have a refund?

Given the nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we gladly accept return merchandise purchased from LM Estate Jewelry for store credit. Once an item is delivered to you, you may initiate a return within 2-14 days of confirmed delivery. The funds from your original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card for use at LMEstateJewelry.com. e-Gift Cards do not expire and are available for use at anytime while a balance is available. 

To be eligible for a store credit, your merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging and a copy of the Order Confirmation. 

Our return policy may have limited exclusions. All such exceptions will be clearly indicated as FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return credit.

May I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? 

We pride ourselves in providing expeditious order fulfillment. In fact, the moment an order is placed a rapid, integrated order processing system begins. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel, stop, or change an order once the order has been placed. Please carefully review the item(s) and size(s) selected in your shopping cart and the delivery address, shipping method and email address provided before completing your order. Online orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. To exchange an item after you received it, please follow the exchange instructions above.

When will my order arrive? Where is my tracking information?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation to the email address that you provided during checkout. Orders will be processed within 24-36 hours and will be shipped via UPS. Once your item has shipped, you will receive UP shipping notification with a tracking number.

Please ensure that you have provided an accurate email address and be sure to check your SPAM/junk folder in the event you did not receive your order or shipping notifications. 

Can I ship to a PO box?

All orders require a physical mailing address as PO boxes will be non-deliverable 

I received my purchased jewelry but it is different from what I expected. 

The photos shown are reflective of a given design. Please note that variation in attributes in color may be due to the image settings which can alter the color. Customer satisfaction is our highest goal so if you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us at info@lmestatejewelry.com to initiate an exchange.

I require assistance to determine the correct size for my jewelry selection.

We are pleased to size jewelry designs to your unique specifications. We have expert jewelers on staff to make modifications per your request to ensure a perfect fit. Please note that in rare circumstance, a given piece may not be modified in order to preserve the integrity of the antique jewelry piece.  Please contact us if you seek information regarding custom sizing options: info@LMEstateJewelry.com

 I am purchasing a gift. Do you offer special gift-wrapping options?

While we do not offer special gift-wrapping services, the presentation of our packaging is nicely suited and very appropriate for gift giving occasions. We are not able to include gift notes at this time. Please note that a sales receipt is not included in the package, since the receipt is sent via email to the purchaser.

What comes with my purchase?

All jewelry purchases arrive in black velvet packaging. Many LM Estate Jewelry designs come with GIA certification and will be indicated as applicable.

Do you ship to International locations?

At this time we are only able to ship within the continental United States.

 Is it possible to have my LM Estate Jewelry article repaired?

We understand that on occasion repairs may be necessary. Please contact us at info@LMEstateJewelry.com to reach a repair specialist. A custom quote for the scope of work will be provided.
