Refund policy
Given the nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we gladly accept return merchandise purchased from LM Estate Jewelry for store credit. Once an item is delivered to you, you may initiate a return within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Our return policy may have limited exclusions. All such exceptions will be clearly indicated as FINAL SALE. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return credit.
To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:
1. Notify LM Estate Jewelry via email (returns@lmestatejewelry.com) within 24 hours of delivery of your purchase.
2. A prepaid UPS label will be emailed to you. Prepare your shipment in original packaging and send within 48 hours via UPS.
3. Upon receipt of the returned item an email notification will arrive with store credit. A $40 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total store credit to cover the cost of returning the merchandise.
The funds from your original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card for use at LMEstateJewelry.com. e-Gift Cards do not expire and are available for use at anytime while a balance is available.
To be eligible for a store credit, your merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unworn and in the same condition that your received it, including the original packaging.
