Jewelry Care

We believe jewelry should be worn, shared, and shown off, not hidden away for safe-keeping or for special occasions. Yet, as with anything precious, we also know a little upkeep goes a long way in maintaining the elegance, beauty and integrity of jewelry. Caring for your estate pieces now can help prevent any future issues. To ensure your jewelry is looking its best, follow these guidelines.

Have your jewelry looked at by a professional jeweler annual to secure and tighten gems in their settings.

Use a wipe cloth to clean your jewelry. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners.

Remove your jewelry for exercise, gardening, spa, pool, housework, and any time you may come in contact with chemicals.

Store your jewelry individually in cloth cases or small plastic baggies in a dry area out of direct sunlight, which can cause discoloration in stones and oxidation in metals.

Your jewelry should always be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Make sure you don't wear your jewelry while you put on makeup or perfume.

Most importantly, enjoy wearing your jewelry!
